Shipping Methods and Shipping Charges All urbanlifestyle.com orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is received. If the requested item is not in stock and we do not expect to fulfill the order within 10 business days, we will notify you promptly. You may at that time decide to maintain your order, in which case we will notify you when we receive the item, or you may cancel the order. If we have any concerns with order fulfillment we will contact you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for an item/s order on the day it is shipped.
Urbanlifestyle.com ships all packages via FedEx ground. Please allow an additional 7 – 10 business days for standard ground delivery. FedEx will not deliver to a Post Office Box; therefore all packages must be shipped to a street address within the continental United States and Canada.
International Deliveries At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may have your Urbanlifestyle.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 303.572.7900.
Return Policy If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it to Urban Lifestyle. Simply fill out the Merchandise Return Form that arrives with your shipment and send it along with the item to the address listed on the form.
Returns of items purchased online must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. All merchandise must be returned in its original package and in saleable condition. After inspection of the returned item a refund or credit will be issued to you.
Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable. Bed linens removed from their packaging are not returnable.
Damaged Merchandise All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. Unfortunately, despite our warehouse or vendors best efforts, some merchandise may arrive to you damaged. If this occurs please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will issue a FedEx call tag for the item and ship a replacement as soon as possible. Please repackage damaged merchandise with all packing material in the original box it arrived in. |
